Update driver's status *

You can change a driver's status between active and inactive directly from their profile, allowing you to keep your records up to date. The article also provides instructions on how to filter your driver list by status, so you can quickly view only active or inactive drivers as needed.

How do I update my driver's status?

  1. Go to the Driver page (Chauffeurs)
  2. Select the driver you want to update from the left-hand column

  3. Open the Profile tab (highlighted in yellow in the image below)

  4. Click on Status 

  5. Change the status to active or inactive

  6. Scroll down and click Save to apply your changes

You can follow the same steps on the Vehicle page to update a vehicle's status.

 

How do I filter based on my driver's status?

You can filter drivers by their status on the Driver page:

  1. Click the filter icon in the left-hand column
  2. Choose one of the following options:
     
    - All drivers
    - Active drivers

    - Inactive drivers

 

This same method can also be applied on the Vehicle page (Voertuig 2).
