General instructions Roadsoft platform Dashboard*
Dashboard
When you log into the software, you will automatically land on the Dashboard. The dashboard provides an instant overview of your data using several widgets.
In the dashboard, you will find the widget with the total number of violations in the top left corner.
These violations are divided into three categories:
-
Rest Time Violations
-
Driving Time Violations
-
Other Violations
The sum of these three widgets represents the total number of violations.
On the scoreboard to the right, you can see the exact number of violations per driver.
At the bottom of each widget, you will see the period for which the violations are displayed. You can adjust this to your desired period.
In the center of the dashboard, you can see how many vehicles and drivers are currently active in your account. To the right of this, you will find the infringements and the ERRU score. These are categorized based on their severity, as defined by law.
At the top right of each widget, you will see an "i" icon. By hovering your mouse over the "i", you will see an explanation of that widget.
At the bottom of the dashboard, you will find the Crosscheck section under "Missing Data". In this crosscheck, the tachograph data is compared to the driver data uploaded into the software. If a tachograph file shows that a vehicle was driven by a driver but the corresponding driver data is missing, this information will appear in this widget.
When a driver’s name appears here, it is important to ensure that the driver card with the missing data for that period is downloaded.
In the last widget, you can see the next expiration date of your driver cards.
