Importing Data
In the left menu, select the last icon to import data. The icon looks like this:
In most cases, you will not need to use this function unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. The data should automatically be transferred to our software either through automatic downloads or if you have the DigiConnect program open on your computer for manual downloads.
You can import files in two ways: by dragging and dropping your files or by uploading them manually.
The page is displayed as follows:
You can drag and drop files directly into the box. Additionally, you can upload files manually. Click ‘Upload’ and navigate to the location on your computer where the files are saved. Select the files and upload them.
You can check the uploaded data under LDD (Last Download Date) under the drivers and/or vehicles icon.
Only upload 100 files per time, bigger uploads can cause the system to crash. So split them up in smaller batches for quicker uploads.
Manual Downloads
Are you downloading manually? In most cases, the files will be transferred to the software automatically when you have DigiConnect open on your computer, and it will not be necessary to use this page.
Automatic Downloads
If you only use automatic downloads, you will not need to use this page — unless you have purchased RDU devices from us. In that case, you can contact us so we can assist you further.
