Change settings

In your account

In your account, you can add and/or edit information about the company and the administrator via the gear icon in the top right corner. You can find the gear icon here:

Here, you can add or update the following information:

General company information

    • Company name

    • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number

    • VAT number

    • Company card number

    • Company card expiration date

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Address

    • Administrator contact details

    • Change password

It is required to enter the company name and the administrator's email address. These details are needed for login. The other fields are optional.

Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes!

My company details have changed. Do I need to report or update this?

If your address, Chamber of Commerce number, or VAT number has changed, we kindly ask you to update this information via the settings page. You can also email us at support@rs-roadsoft.com.

I can’t change my password. How is this possible?

First, enter your current password. Then, enter your new password, and repeat it in the next field to confirm.

Follow these steps to check:

  1. Did you enter the current password correctly?

  2. Does the repeated password match the new password?

Still not working? You can also log out and request a new password. You will then be prompted to create a new one.

Notifications and Integrations

For our users with a larger package, two additional pages are visible besides the company profile: Notifications and Integrations.

 

 

Notifications

When you activate notifications by clicking the "Yes" button, you will be taken to the overview to configure them.

Enter how many days before the deadline you would like to receive a notification email. Under Driver card downloadand Expiration date notification, you also have the option to forward these notifications to the driver.

You can do this by enabling the checkbox.

After making all changes, simply click the button to save your settings.

Integrations

Under this section, you can add a new integration. This is useful for transferring data from another system into our software. Click the following button:

Select the provider and enter your account details. Don’t forget to save your changes.

You can always contact us to discuss whether we can also integrate with your provider.
