On this page, you will see a calendar with notifications.
These notifications are divided into three sections: expiry dates, downloads, and appointments. Check the boxes for the information you wish to display in your calendar. You can change these settings at any time.
You will see a monthly overview with all appointments. When you click on an appointment, you will see further details.
If you want to schedule a personal appointment, you can create one by clicking the ‘New’ button.
You can also view the calendar for previous or future months by clicking the arrows to the left and right of the month.

Can I create a personal appointment?
If you would like to add other appointments to your calendar, you can create a new appointment yourself. To do this, click the ‘New’ button. It looks like this:
You will then be taken to the following screen:
- First, you need to add a title to the appointment. Next, select the date and time.
- Then you have the option to set the appointment to repeat weekly or on every workday. If you don’t want it to repeat, leave it set to ‘Does not repeat’.
- If you want to create an appointment that includes all day activities, check the box for ‘All day activities’.
- Optionally, you can add a description and a location.
If you would like to add a guest to the appointment, you can invite them by searching for their name or email address.
The email address can be added on the driver profile page.
All you need to do now is click Save/Send. The appointment is now created and will be shown in the calendar.
