Reports
Under the Reports tab, all driver, vehicle, and company data can be compiled into a PDF report.
The icon looks like this:
Reports can be generated at different levels:
Driver Reports
Here, you can create all reports related to drivers. You have two options: either download the report once or set it up to be sent automatically to you and/or your drivers.
To create a new report, first select one or more drivers on the left for whom you want to generate the report.
Then select the type of report you want to generate.
Under “Generate report” you can select the period for which the report should be generated. For some reports, the period cannot exceed one month. From and To.
Vehicle Reports
Here, you can create all reports related to vehicles. You also have two options: either download the report once or set it up to be sent automatically to you and/or your drivers.
To start, select one or more vehicles on the left to create the report for.
You can immediately create a report by selecting a date or period. Depending on the report type, it may be possible to select more than one date. When you click the download button, the report will be downloaded in PDF format.
Company Reports
In addition to drivers and vehicles, you can also generate reports at the company level. These include the total number of violations by all drivers or an overview of all driver and vehicle downloads.
Select the period for which you want to generate a report. Under “Schedule,” you can select how frequently you would like to receive the reports automatically. You can also forward the reports by default to drivers. Select this under “Recipients.” Click the button to download the report; it will be displayed as a PDF file.
Scheduling Reports
Under the Schedule tab, you can set up a schedule so that reports are automatically sent to you and/or your drivers at a chosen frequency.
- Select the driver on the left for whom you want to set up the schedule.
- On the right, select the report and click on “Schedule.”
You can then fill in the following details:
Report Period:
Here you can select how often you and/or the driver will receive the reports.
Under “Receive a report without violations,” you can indicate whether you also want to receive reports when there are no violations. If this is not checked, you will NOT receive reports if no violations occurred or if the data has not yet been uploaded.
Under this option, under “Send to,” you can specify whether you want to receive the report yourself. Under “Other recipients,” you can optionally add driver(s) so they also receive the report.
Then, enter a Subject. This will be the subject line of the email containing the report.
Under Description, you can optionally add a description of the report.
Don’t forget to click Save when you’re done!
Your report will now be saved in the schedule. You can view your scheduled reports under the Scheduled Reports tab.
Scheduled Reports
When you have scheduled reports via the Schedule tab to be sent automatically, you can view them in this overview. Additionally, you can edit or delete scheduled reports here.
If you want to make changes, click the pencil icon.
If you no longer wish to receive a report, click the trash icon to delete it.
