On this page, you can set vehicles to inactive, filter by active and inactive vehicles, view violations, check the last and next download dates, and monitor when the tachograph needs to be recalibrated.

Name

Here, the license plate of the vehicle is displayed. This is the registration number of the tachograph and cannot be changed manually. If the license plate is incorrect, please contact your garage to have it corrected in the tachograph settings.

Vehicle Number

Here, you can see the vehicle number or the name you entered under vehicle information. This number can also be a name, for example, a location name.

LDD (Last Download Date)

This is the date when the tachograph was last downloaded. This date is updated as soon as new data is loaded into the software.

NDD (Next Download Date)

This is the legal deadline by which the vehicle must be downloaded again. This date is set 90 days after the last download date.

Recalibration

A vehicle must be recalibrated every 2 years. This is often done during the vehicle inspection (APK). The calibration date shown here is the latest date by which the vehicle must be recalibrated.

This shortcut will take you directly to the reports page for vehicles.
