Reports can be scheduled here, allowing them to be automatically sent to you and/or your drivers at a specified frequency.

On the left-hand side, select the driver or vehicle you want to create the schedule for, if applicable.

You can now fill in the following information:

Reporting period:
Here, you can choose how often you and/or the driver should receive the reports.

Below that, under ‘Receive a report even if there are no infringements’, you can check whether you want to receive reports even when no infringements have occurred.

⚠️ If this is not checked, you will not receive a report when no infringements have been made or if the data has not yet been uploaded.

Under this option, at ‘Send to’, you can indicate whether you want to receive the report yourself.
Under ‘Other recipients’, you can optionally add one or more drivers so they also receive the report.

⚠️ NOTE: All selected drivers under ‘Recipients’ will receive the report for every driver included in the report.
If you want each driver to receive only their own report, make sure to create a separate schedule for each driver.

Then, under ‘Subject’, enter a subject line. This will be the subject of the email in which the report is sent.
Under ‘Description’, you may optionally provide a description of the report.

Don't forget to click ‘Save’ when you're done!

Your report will now be saved in the schedule. You can view your scheduled reports under the ‘Scheduled Reports’tab.

⚠️ NOTE: If the driver’s data has not been downloaded, the report may appear empty.
