How do I upload data into my account?

Welcome to the Guide for Preparing Your Account for Onboarding

Here you’ll find the steps to get your account ready for onboarding.

1. Logging into Your Account

You have received an email from RS Roadsoft with the subject: "Your account has been created". Follow these steps to log in:

  • Open the email and click on “Set Password”

  • Choose a password and enter it twice

  • Click “Save”

  • Go to the login screen and enter your email address and password

  • Click “Login”

2. Importing DDD Files

To fully activate your account, you’ll need to import DDD files from the past 12 months. Here’s how:

  • Open File Explorer on your computer

  • Locate the folder where your DDD files are stored (this may vary per computer)

  • You have two options to upload files (max. 100 files at a time):
    Option 1: Select the files and drag them into the software
    Option 2: Click the blue ‘Upload’ button, select the correct folder and files, then click ‘Upload’

Tip: Can’t find your DDD files? In File Explorer, use the search function under ‘Home’ and look for “.ddd” to locate them quickly.

3. Finalizing the Onboarding

It may take a few minutes for your data to be processed. Once your files have been imported, your account will be ready for onboarding with a Roadsoft Customer Success team member.

Don’t worry if one of the files shows an error during upload—we’ll go over it together during your onboarding session.
