My DigiVu is not recognized by DigiConnect *

It is possible that your DigiVu is not visible in DigiConnect. There are a few steps you can follow to resolve this issue.

When the DigiVu is recognized by DigiConnect, it should appear on your screen as shown below:

If the DigiVu is not visible, you can follow these steps:

  • Check whether the USB connector is properly clicked onto the DigiVu.

  • Try plugging the DigiVu into a different USB port.

  • Do you have a USB hub with its own power supply? If so, try using that.
