All the different types of reports
There are many different type of reports, which can be made per driver.
- Number of infringements, shows all registered driving infringements (e.g., driving too long without breaks) for a selected time period.
- Daily driver activity protocol, a detailed daily overview of the driver’s activities, including driving time, rest periods, availability, and other work.
- Driver letter, a formal document summarizing a driver’s violations, often used for internal communication or warnings.
- Missing driver data, indicates if any driving data is missing from a driver's card, such as incomplete days or unreadable files.
- Driver hour registration, a summary of the total hours worked, driven, or rested by the driver within a given period.
- Unknown time on driver card, highlights periods where the tachograph could not determine the driver’s status, potentially due to card removal.
- Country codes, shows the countries where the driver started and ended each day, based on card entries.
- Missing country Codes, identifies days where the required manual entry of a country code at the start or end of a shift is missing.
- Driver cards downloaded late, lists any instances where the driver card was downloaded after the legal deadline (typically every 28 days).
- Driver's total daily odometer, displays the total kilometers driven per day, based on odometer readings.
- Driver daily work, summarizes all recorded activities (driving, rest, other work) for each day in a selected period.
- Fine amount per infringement, estimates the potential fine amount for each recorded infringement based on legal standards.
